I tore my acl. My insurance will only cover $1500.00 for physical therapy per calendar year. My surgery is set for Nov 14th. I need therapy before and after. How can I get them to pay more?

Hi Melissa!
If your insurance company has set a limit then they do not have to pay beyond that and they will not.
You will not be able to get them to pay for anymore per calendar year.
So if you need to go, perhaps ask the PT if they have a private pay rate.
Any limit by an insurance company is pretty much set in stone.......and the PT limit is very common with most carriers.
