mom is 85y/o with dementia. living with me. she moved here 1 year ago,becouse of circumstanses. she has a pension of 850 dollars a monat, what insurance can she get, we dont need eye or dental or nsg home, mainly for acute events to er.

This is too complicated to be done by E-mail. Therefore I am referring you to my counterpart in Your State. She should have just received a copy of Medicare and You 2010. If not go to the local Social Security and pick up a copy. In the center of the back cover is the phone number of the local office of the SHIP program. Call them and get an appointment with one of their Medicare trained counselors. They will get together with you and see what programs your mom is eligible for.
