I am a disabled for 10 yrs man due to mental and 4 failed back sugeries i have 2 steel hips. I have been in and continue to be in constant pain,from unfixable scatic nerve and my right lrg is dead and shrinking every day. My wife works at wal-mart and both of us a yr don;t even make 15 thousand dollars a yr no food stamps but on our web site by our state says ANY FAMILY MAKING UNDER 2O THOUSAND IS AUTO MATIC ELIGIBLE BUT THE LADY AT OUR SOUTH CAROLINA FOOD STAMP OFF, TOLD US MY WIFE MADE 47 CENTS TO MUCH PER HOUR. My question is will obamas new health plan affect my ssi and what little medicaid at all. Because that radar they keep talking about man we are so far under it we in the the dirt muck mire. thank you for your service hope you can help please accept my thanks. Call 1-800-868-9095 and request to speak to a SHIP counselor. You will get their nearest office. They are Medicare trained counselors and can help you with your options,
If you have Social Security disability, you are eligible for several programs Go to Benefits,.org===enter your personal information and it will screen about 400 programs that you might be eligible for.
