Hello,
If my doctor of chiropractic bills for two procedure codes and one of the codes is not paid by my insurance, does that mean the unpaid procedure code is my financial responsibility?
Also, am I supposed to pay co-pays on every procedure code that my doctor of chiropractic bills by insurance for?

Hi Stephanie!
It all depends on your insurance company and if they have an agreement with the DR.......check your explanation of benefits which shows how much they paid the Dr and what you are responsible for.
If you are unsure, call your insurance company and ask them. Don't pay anything to the DR until you check to see if you are liable.
