re enrolling in Keystone

my mother had to pick a new Medicare Advange plan due to keystone 65 getting rit of their Keystone 65 Value plan...my mother made the mistake of listening to different people causing her now to just have Medicare...we were told that she was in Keystone 65 new plan but when she went in to the hospital they said that she was not covered...her home care then told her to just stick with Medicare and she would be fine so she cancelled any further corresponds with keystone..Well now she is getting billed for her Diabetes supplies and other co-py are coming in...in simple---she cancelled keystone we need to find her additional coverage for anything that medicare does not cover....any help I would appreciate

If you go to Medicare.gov, you should be able to find Medigap carriers that sell insurance in your area.

These companies will pay the 20% that Medicare does not pay on the approved rate. She will also need Part D for drugs. Or she can enroll in a new Medicare Advantage Plan.
