I have had a Medicare Plus Blue (MA) policy with BCBS for the past few years, and have had no problems. However, with costs increasing significantly in 2010, I'm wondering whether to stick with it or to switch to regular Medicare with a prescription drug plan (PDP) as a supplement to regular Medicare. Can you offer any advice on the pros and cons of MA versus PDP? Also, can you offer any specific comments on the performance of BCBS MA plans? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

They both work very well if the person follows their instructions. Most problems are the result of patient error. So, if your are happy with what you have keep it. If not, go to Medicare.gove, follow the instructions for a pathfinder comparison check, and pick the best option.
