My Mom is telling me that Medicare is not paying her dr and dentist bills. Could you please give me some in-site as to the cause of this. She will be 82 in January and has limited income to pay her bills.

There could be a multitude of reasons why this is happening. I won't be able to help without having more information; however, her doctors should be able to tell you why payment is not being made. Medicare will only let the provider or the medicare beneficiary know how they adjudicated their claim.
I suggest either calling Medicare or her doctors.
